The columns are manufactured with double sided punching as standard offering the option of single or double sided racking, the columns are punched every 125mm to enable easy adjustment of the arms to facilitate any future changes in material dimensions. The arm sections are manufactured with a three degree vertical rake along the length to prevent material moving to the end.
Designed from standard structural steel sections, Alser’s cantilever racks are designed to suit your particular storage problem, using well established and recognised design criteria to provide bespoke racking solutions. This practice enables us to provide both large industrial storage systems and smaller orders on a cost effective basis. Our new design meets and exceeds all current European and SEMA Design Specifications and is in compliance with BS5950.
The cantilever design enables clients to minimise stock selection times and easily maintain their stock levels by using the upper storage levels for stock, it also maintains the quality of the high value product by raising it off of the floor, keeping it clean and protecting it from damage.
